Leesburg precast concrete buildings are available from 10' x 12' to 12' x 20' AND the buildings are available in larger sizes from 20’ x 20’ up to 40’ x 250’ 10”. The smaller buildings are plant-assembled and transported in one piece to the site, while larger buildings are assembled on-site.

Tough Structure

Because our buildings are made from precast concrete, these buildings are the strongest, most durable, and low maintenance buildings out there. They are made with a patented second-generation, post-tensioning system that applies internal pressure within the floor and roof panels using high-strength sheathed strands laid out in a circular pattern and cast into the concrete. They are then mechanically stressed to 30,000 PSI, adding increased strength to the panels preventing cracking. They also feature tamper-proof hinges and steel doors.
