A Range of Sizes
These precast concrete hazmat buildings come in a large range of sizes that accommodate many different scenarios. Dimensions of our precast hazmat buildings are available from 10' x 12' to 12' x 20'. We also offer precast concrete hazmat buildings which are available in larger sizes from 20’ x 20’ up to 40’ x 250’ 10”. The smaller buildings are plant-assembled and transported in one piece to the site, while larger buildings are assembled on-site.
Heavy Duty Hazmat Buildings
Our Easi-Set and Easi-Span hazmat buildings are heavy-duty. They are made with a patented second-generation, post-tensioning system that applies internal pressure within the floor and roof panels using high-strength sheathed strands laid out in a circular pattern and cast into the concrete. They are then mechanically stressed to 30,000 PSI, adding increased strength to the panels preventing cracking. Our hazmat buildings prevent water intrusion and can also be used as generator enclosures. Our buildings are fire rated for up 4 hours and can be used for chemical drum or herbicide storage. They are the ideal solution for businesses looking for a place to safely store chemicals and hazardous material.
